Our mission is to help you get into the best shape of your life.  It is our job to make you a stronger, faster and more efficient inline speed skater.  We believe that anyone can get to the Pro-Level in the sport of inline speed skating with the proper training, nutrition and coaching.

Intro Training Package:

Jump right in with our intro training.  Our intro training program offers world class instruction for those who are just getting into the sport of Inline Speed Skating.  This program goes over all the basic fundamentals of speed skating, intro level cross training and basic nutrition.  We will take you through a weekly training protocol which will lay the foundation for the future and change the way you think about your preparation for the sport of Inline Speed skating.  Get started now and see instant results.  Check out all six sets of videos in the Intro training package.  Learn all the basics from our world class athletes and coaches.  Each Video provides step by step instruction that is easy to follow along with.  Want a training partner?  Pull up a video and do each work out with our Coaches.

#1 - Intro Slide Board: Learn the basic position, proper technique and introductory drills to improve your skills.

#2 - Intro Skating Technique:   Learn basic skating positions, quick easy drills that will dramatically change the way you skate.

#3 - Intro Plyometric Exercises:   Learn how to build up strength in all of those speed skating specific muscles and enhance your skating technique without even lacing up your skates.

#4 - Intro Cycling:   Learn the basics behind cycling technique and ride to improve your endurance and your lactic acid threshold for speed skating.

Our intro training log is designed specifically to keep you on track with your training.  Each day will be something very specific that you can do to improve your skills as a Inline Speed Skater.  The log is broken down into weekly and has instructions for each day of that set week protocol.  Learn how to track your progress and get the most out of your training.

Advanced Training:

Time to step it up a notch and get ready to break away from the pack with our advanced training.  The Advanced Training program offers specialized skating and training techniques used to elevate your intensity and take you to the next level of inline speed skating.  It is all here: advanced skating techniques, intense cross training work outs, nutritional guidelines, basic racing strategies and more.  This program will take you through a weekly training protocol which will increase your strength, endurance and speed for the sport of inline speed skating.  Get ready to work.

Elite Training:

Winning is only inches away with the Elite Training package.  Our Elite training program offers a unique approach to the sport of inline speed skating and is designed for Hard Core racers who are striving to win National and World Championships.  This program offers elite skating techniques, hard core cross training workouts, specific world class racing strategies, specialized nutritional guides and much more.  We will take you through a weekly training protocol which will dramatically improve your speed and make you stronger than you ever thought possible.  We will test your physical and mental limits and get you out of your comfort zone.  Get ready to dominate the competition and go for the Gold.
